This was by far the most popular response. If you want to feel the benefits of yoga and make progress, you’re in it for the long haul. Stay committed to your practice and remind yourself to keep at it - even 5 minutes spent on the mat is better than nothing at all. Consistency will always pay off, so remember that just as Rome wasn’t built in a day, your hand stand won’t appear overnight!
